The journey began with gourmet sandwich shops and pizzerias, leading to several years as a chef in the fine dining industry. The first of those years were with Noble's restaurants in the Greensboro and High Point areas, and then with his own fine dining concept Saffron's in Burlington N.C. This acclaimed chef received very high praise from many including writers from various publications and food critics alike.
